<description>&#60;p&#62;I had not connected my Rebit in three weeks.  A few days ago a message popped up on my screen: &#34;Your Rebit product is disabled. Please call 866-635-5784 to activate your product.&#34;  I cannot proceed with the fix described in the forum under &#34;Product is disabled...&#34; because the icon is no longer in the tray on my Thinkpad.  What happened?  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I've tried calling the number, but have not reached anyone.  When I've selected the support option, the mailbox has been full.  I have not been able to call during work hours as yet.
