To find out, right-click Computer/My Computer and select Manage. From there, open up Disk Management in the options on the left. This will show you all the disks in the system. I want to include an external drive in the backup. I followed the instructions for adding a drive. The external drive appears in the list of drives and it remains checked, However, when I view the backeup files, I can only see the C and D drives. </p>
