Returned for exchange and the new one loaded correctly and is backing up. From other posts, I do not have power or activity lights on the old or new Rebit drives. Rebit browser is very slow to open up after right-clicking a file. On the newer XPS, it lists the Rebit as a drive but does not see any directories on the drive, only the Start program. I cannot seem to find the difference why the older pc would see more information on the Rebit drive than XPS. Windows XP Pro on a Dell XPS, it lists the Rebit drive and I can navigate to it and it displays the Start program. Double clicking the Start brings up AutoRun has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience, ya right. Anti virus is turned off and not sure what to do next as I cannot even get the Start to work. Thanks for any tips in advance. </p>
