<description>&#60;p&#62;I have not seen this happen before. The only sure way to find out is to uninstall Rebit and see if the drive will begin working correctly. If it does, then this would be something you should call our technical support with. If not, then there might be a hardware issue with the drive.

<description>&#60;p&#62;The only recent change to my Win 7 (x64) system has been to install Rebit.  Now I cannot access my optical drive.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Device Manager lists it and says it is operating correctly  I can open the drive but it does not recognize any disk (Blu-Ray, DVD or CD) that I insert.  Clicking on the icon in Explorer causes a popup message to &#34;Insert a disk&#34; even though one is already inserted.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The laptop's tech support has been of no help.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Would installing and running Rebit be a factor with this problem?
