backup stops at 100% and system is very slow

    i just installed rebit 5 and the backup process took about a day, but now it has stopped at 100%. It still says its working, but I cannot browse the backup so it seems it stuck or something. What to do? got a 2gb usb 3.0 disk. Restarting doenst seem to help, its starts at like 98% again and freezes at 100%.

    Also I got a game that crashes when rebit is running and my whole system (browsing folders etc) reacts very slow, where as before it was super fast.

    If these 2 problems cannot get fixed I would like a refund, because the programm is useless this way.

    edit: actually the backup goes to 100% and then starts again at 98,4% (and this repeats)

    This sounds like a hardware problem but I cannot be sure without seeing your logs. Please contact support directly so that we take a look at your log files and can resolve this issue.
