Can not open or recover my rebit on my external drive

    I double click the frog in my F drive (external drive) nothing happens when I click browse to select.

    Still can not recover my backed up data on my external drive, no rabbit in the task bar.

    I have down loaded 5 but am told will not work while 4 is on the drive.

    Can not format external drive because of 4 but know way to reach 3.

    Anybody out there have a suggestion on should I say bad experience and purchase another program?

    Not that I'm likely to be able to help, Joe but, respectfully, I'm very confused as to what the actual question is.

    You say you can't recover external drive data but then say "Can not format external drive ...".

    Why would you want to format it if you are trying to recover the data?

    Again, you say you have tried V5 but it won't work while V4 is on the drive and then say you cannot format because of V4 (I'm with you at that point) then "no way to reach 3". What does V3 have to do with it?
