Cannot Update

    I finally recovered from a paid software update by completely reformatting my backup media and spending several hours installing and uninstalling.

    Now every time I boot up I get a nag screen to update. I click update and go through the process only to finally get a message that the update didn't happen with no explanation.

    I don't want to waste more time and would like to quash the nag screen. Please tell me how to disable the update notice.

    I really don't want to go to the expense of starting a brand new backup system, but will do so if I can't at least get support on this.

    Which version do you have and what is it trying to update you to? 10828 is the latest (currently)
