HDD Partitions

I plan to buy an SSD of 80 GB for my system partition. I do actually own 2 internal HDD of 640 GB each and would like to use them as follows:

    HDD 1:
    - Partition 1 : 500 GB : Data
    - Partition 2 : 140 GB : Game Installation

    HDD 2:
    - Rebit of 80 GB SSD and 500 GB Data Partition 1

Does this work? I understand that Rebit automatically protects all partitions of the system drive (in my case SDD 80GB). Can I manually add Partition 1 of HDD 1, but NOT Partition 2 of HDD 1? If no and Rebits only saves complete drives, but not partitions, I need to buy a larger HDD of 1 TB.

It is mentioned that internal drives are not recommanded for Rebit, but possible. Is this correct?

The Rebit software will allow you to select the second HDD, which means it will include both partitions of the HDD. So, yes, select the larger drive.

The Rebit software will permit you to select an internal HDD, but we do not recommend it. First, there is no way to "Safely disconnect" an internal drive, so the Rebit product is always connected and backing up. Second, the performance of internal drive interfaces can use more bandwidth of the system HDD, negatively affecting some applications such as video players.
