Are there simple step by step instructions on how to recover my computer now that I've had a virus attack? How do I erase the HD? I'm a pretty inexperienced user, but have a Rembit 160 G portable drive with Rembit installed on it. I also have the recovery disk, but I don't know what to do with it. Some guidance please.
