I have the REBIT 6-PC version, which works well on my 32-bit VISTA laptop. I bought a 64-bit Windows 7 laptop and hooked my Rebit disk up to it. I entered the key, and it went off to back up a zillion files which took forever (ok, an hour).
When I click on My Rebit, I see my Vista laptop, and the Windows 7 laptop. The Vista laptop has the files I expect, but the Windows 7 laptop is empty. Needless to say that recovery doesn't work.
Any suggestions?

Please ensure that you have the latest version of Rebit, as our software is fully compatible with Windows XP, Vista and 7 regardless of 32 or 64 bit. You might want to reset the Rebit to the latest version and have it re-backup both systems just so that they are correctly backed up in case of a failure.
