New PC with bigger hard drive

    I have Rebit Saveme with a 160 gig hd connected to a partitioned (two 250 gig partitions) external drive. Rebit uses one 250 gig partition and I use the other side for my netbook.

    I would like to buy a new PC. The one I'm interested in comes with a 1T hd. I don't expect to use that much. Can I hook up my partitioned hd (250 gig), or reformat it for the full 500 gig drive, or will I need to buy another one at least 1T or more?

    You are free to partition the drive as needed prior to setting up Rebit. So as long as your partition that you plan to use for the Rebit backup is at east 25%-50% larger you should be all set.
