    In trying to perform a full system restore, no recovery points were found to allow me to proceed with that. Yet the Rebit drive appears fully loaded with the appropriate storage amount of system disk data and programs.
    Can I force a recovery to proceed with the last set of available data resident on the Rebit in the ABSENCE of a recorded point?

    Can you see any Recover point under Right click(tray icon) -> Properties?
    You can force the recover point by adding any external drive.
    i.e. plug in any usb flash drive. Right click -> More -> Select drive to backup & then a select usb drive to backup. Wait for couple of minutes & after it is done you can see a new recover point
