sorry , new to this but question is upgraded win vista 32 bit to win 7 32 bit.prior to upgrade purchased rebit and backed up computer to second internal hd. should i uninstall rebit and re-install or is all ok?

You do not need to uninstall & reinstall Rebit.
It is all ok, Just check your data in Rebit to make sure everything is fine
