I had not connected my Rebit in three weeks. A few days ago a message popped up on my screen: "Your Rebit product is disabled. Please call 866-635-5784 to activate your product." I cannot proceed with the fix described in the forum under "Product is disabled..." because the icon is no longer in the tray on my Thinkpad. What happened?
I've tried calling the number, but have not reached anyone. When I've selected the support option, the mailbox has been full. I have not been able to call during work hours as yet.
