Rebit SaveMe won't access one of my computers

    Initially I installed Rebit Multi PC backup (up-dated to SaveMe 3.0.1035.8778) and backed-up all my 3 computers. After about 4 months the one computer would not backup. I removed and re-insatlled the above version twice and it still wouldn't back-up. I have done a diskchk and the external back-up drive is good.
    The computer has been slowed to a crawl when the back-up is connected and on and takes 15 to 20 minutes to open a new window. My Computer will not show what is on the back-up drive.
    The light on the back-up drive indicates it is trying to access the computer. What can I do eo resolve this problem?

    I followed a previous recommendation to remove and reinstall from the Rebit backup drive and not from the CD and it has been successful.
