how do I recover individual files from previous recovery points? I want a version from several weeks ago, not just the most recent backup, accessed by Browse Backup from the dashboard.

The Browse Backup does not show you only the most recent backup, it shows you everything. When you find a file that you need an older version of, double-click on it and you will see all the versions by date that have been backed up. Alternatively, you can right-click on any file and you will see a Rebit 5 option that will let you Browse. This will take you to all the versions of the file selected.
