How do I reset SaveMe NetSmart? I am changing my NAS and need to clear all the user settings and rebuild them differently.
I am backing up to a directory on a network drive, so I can't format it.
Additionally, there isn't an entry in the Control Panel for uninstalling the software, so I can't even work out how I uninstall the software.
Using NetSmart version 3.5.1038.8782, which I think is the most current.

The NetSmart software should appear in Control Panel when you go to uninstall programs, so if it does not then there is something else going on and you should contact our technical support.
Regarding your question about resetting the NAS, you do not need to format. The fastest way to delete NetSmart backup files from the NAS box is to go into the NAS manager and delete the share with all the backup files in it.
The easiest, but also the slowest way, it to right-click the NetSmart icon in the tray and under "More" select the option to remove a PC from backup. This will delete everything for you, but it could take a very long time to accomplish since it will remove everything file by file.
