Safely Disconnect/Reconnect on a schedule

    I would like to somehow do a disconnect and reconnect to SaveMe on a schedule. The reason I want to do this is I leave my computer run all night and I would like the hard drives to have a chance to sleep. As I do not use the computer overnight the contents of the hard drive should not change very much.
