SaveMe Express Reset Instructions
IMPORTANT: These reset instructions will only work for SaveMe Express version x.x.1026.x. If you have a different version do NOT proceed any further!
- Disconnect the Rebit device from your computer
- Uninstall any existing Rebit software (from the Control Panel) and allow the computer to restart
- Plug the Rebit device back into the computer
- Format the Rebit hard drive (all data will be deleted)
- Double-click “Rebit-SaveMe-Express-Builder-3.0.1026.8778.exe” if it does not automatically start
- Follow the instructions provided on-screen to update and install the Rebit software
a) Open “My Computer” and identify the target hard drive letter (NOT the C: drive)
b) Right-click the target hard disk drive icon and select “Format…”
c) Ensure “NTFS” and “Quick Format” are selected
d) Enter a “Volume label” of “Rebit”
e) Click “Start”
f) Click “OK” and “Close”
g) Download the SaveMe Express Software from this link:
