There do not appear to be any snapshots for the system

    I have a customer's Sony Vaio in our shop with a bad hard drive. They are using the Rebit software. I installed a new drive, connected their USB backup drive and booted the Rebit CD. I followed the prompts all the way down to "Volumes on backed-up system ACMEINC" and selected the latest backup. When I clicked NEXT, there was a message that poped up stating, "There do not appear to be any snapshots for the system names ACMEINC. Please contact Rebit technical support for assistance in solving this problem."

    What am I doing wrong?

    Please contact support_at_Rebit_dot_com with this issue. It should display a list of items to select from at this point in the recovery process.
