I have been using Rebit version 4 for about 1 year, I have just received my upgrade diskette for ver 5. There are no installation instructions about an upgrade to version 5. Do I first need to uninstall version 4? I want to use the USB drvie that I have used for version 4, will it retain those backups?

You need to insert the CD to begin the installation process. Rebit 5 will automatically remove the previous version of Rebit and begin converting the data on the Rebit 4 drive to the correct format in Rebit 5. You will be able to use the same drive.
